Chef Bruno Cerdan, the Executive chef at the Imperial, New, Delhi, has charmed people with his trademark friendliness just as he has conquered their senses with his original masterpieces presented with French savoir faire.
He has a remarkable 25 years of experience and has worked in several leading hotels of the world-the Windsor, Melbourne; The Park Hotel, London; Four Seasons Hotel, Toronto; Hotel Carlton in Cannes, France, to name a few. His speciality is fish and meat cooked a'la Françoise. Professionalism, finesse, panache and much more-that's Chef Bruno Cerdan for you.
I like to cook in simple manner. I don't like too many mixes. I don't like to many mixes. I like full, yet simple, flavours.
