Jathedar Sri Akal Takht, Giani Kirpal Singh records his eye-witness account on the army entry in the Golden Temple complex during June 3-8, 1984.

The book specifically identified the adversaries of Sikhism. Besides the selfish motives of the self-styled Akali leaders, claiming to be Panthic, too have been recorded. The author claims that the book is not against any individual, though the evil designs, cloaked in secularism and deceptive postures of certain individual have been recorded to make this book a landmark historical document.

THE EDITOR & TRANSLATOR:

Anurag Singh, the editor and translator of this work did his post-graduation in English and History, and was trained in writing, editing and translating by his celebrated father late Dr. Trilochan Singh. His forthcoming books as co-author and editor are Sikhism and Tantric Yoga, Sikhism and Six Hindu Hindu Systems and several others.


 


 About the Author

Giani Kirpal Singh (1938-89) former jathedar of Sri Akal Takht is a trained theologian of Damdama Taksal, and has written on wide range of subjects like history, theology, biography. He has also edited many historical documents.
