 Indiaclub.com Description

A compilation of recipes that Kishni Thadani picked up and mastered as she travelled across the globe with her Ambassador husband, Special Flavours of Europe and the Orient takes you on a fascinating culinary journey, from the kitchens of the White House to those of Persia.

This book is a rare culinary treasure of recipes, from 1930’s British cuisine in India to French, Finnish, Danish, Turkish, Sudanese, Yugoslavian and some other popular recipes from European cuisine. Kishni had also perfected selections from Sindhi cuisine; a glimpse of this distinctive regional food is included here.

Special Flavours of Europe and the Orient is an exceptional collection of recipes: a must-have for anyone who enjoys the prospect of international cuisine and likes experimenting in the kitchen.
