3. Backorder Items Shipping Policy

Items tagged as "Delivers in 2 to 3 Weeks" implies that the item is currently out of stock in our USA warehouse. The product will be shipped from our overseas warehouse, "For No Additional Charge". Indiaclub.com reserves the right to aggregate products in an order and ship them together when it makes sense.

4. Returns

All returns MUST be authorized by IndiaClub.com. Depending on the reason for return Indiaclub.com will email pre-paid shipping labels. For returned orders the shipping fee is not refunded, unless the return is due to an error in shipping made by Indiaclub.com. Authorization for return can be obtained by sending an email to help@indiaclub.com. Please provide your order number, reason for return and any other relevant details.
